SPRING BANK: LAUNCH A NEW E-BIKE LOAN

Supporting community-focused financial innovation to expand access to safe, certified e-bikes.

CHALLENGE

Spring Bank sought to design an affordable e-bike loan program that served the needs of low-income riders and paired with employer and nonprofit partnerships. The team needed help understanding rider barriers, structuring the loan product, and designing a launch strategy and application process that would reach frontline workers.

APPROACH

Brightside guided Spring Bank through market research, stakeholder interviews, program design, and partnership development. We helped shape loan terms, identify implementation partners, develop messaging, and design a rollout strategy connected to delivery workers, CBOs, and employer-based mobility programs, enabling a first-of-its-kind community e-bike financing product.
